Founder, Dorothy Ogé is an award-winning creative director and accomplished design leader with a 15+ year history of driving innovation, excellence, and impact for world-class beauty brands. Dorothy’s creative vision has shaped the design and development of thousands of products – on both a national and global scale – while delivering high levels of consumer engagement and incremental sales.

Combining exceptional creativity with advanced knowledge of product manufacturing, Dorothy has collaborated extensively with vendors and has traveled to numerous manufacturer sites throughout the US and Europe to ensure the highest standards of production quality. Further attesting to her pragmatism and technical talents, Dorothy currently holds more than 10 inventor patents, including for creative bottle design features and unique closures.

Although her core focus has been in the arena of beauty, Dorothy’s versatile designs have had a clear impact across several categories, including giftware, home, fashion accessories, and premium beverages.
