MasonHub was founded in 2018 by Donny Salazar, a Stanford GSB grad, seasoned entrepreneur, and operations expert with two decades of experience leading and growing teams in the world's most innovative ecommerce businesses. With MasonHub, Salazar merges his deep retail knowledge with innovative technology to create a modern logistics company, filling the void in the marketplace and solving the pain points he recognized when he was a retailer.
Prior to launching MasonHub, Salazar ran a successful consulting business advising Los Angeles companies on how to scale their operations. He previously served as chief operating officer of omnichannel sneaker marketplace Flight Club. Prior to that, Salazar was senior vice president of operations at jewelry company Chloe + Isabel. Salazar was also vice president of flash sale retailer Gilt Groupe, where he was responsible for scaling the supply chain and revenues grew from $10 million to over $500 million during his four-year tenure.

With a focus on beauty and wellness brands, MasonHub’s cloud-based technology stack enables up-to-the-moment inventory control, as well as first-to-market automations that enable customized fulfillment based on shopper and order attributes. Its high-touch fulfillment services comprise receiving, picking, packing, shipping and returns, performed in its three fully-owned and operated bicoastal fulfillment centers offering 400,000 square feet of capacity.
